Property Maintenance Operations Manager (Jacksonville, Florida)

Qualified candidate must possess organizational skills to oversee maintenance operations for busy dealerships. Work hours are Monday thru Friday but some weekend work will be necessary. Job responsibilities include property and store upkeep, light carpentry, air conditioning maintenance, electronics maintenance and plumbing problems as they arise. Must be able to work with members of management and fulfill tasks in a timely manner.

Qualified candidates having trade licenses is a plus!
Must have at least 1-3 years experience and references are necessary.
